Overview

Campaign Brief Studio is a Chrome extension for creating, saving, previewing, and exporting marketing campaign briefs. The extension is designed to work locally in your browser.

Data We Store

The extension stores the campaign brief information you enter, including campaign names, client names, objectives, audiences, messaging, KPIs, budgets, timelines, and checklist items. This data is stored locally using Chrome extension storage on your device and browser profile.

Data We Do Not Collect

Campaign Brief Studio does not collect, sell, transmit, or share your personal information or campaign brief content. The extension does not use analytics, advertising trackers, remote servers, or third-party data processors.

Permissions

The extension requests the Chrome storage permission so it can save your briefs and theme preference locally. It does not request access to browsing history, page content, tabs, identity, cookies, or external websites.

Exported Files

When you export a brief as Markdown or JSON, the file is generated directly by your browser and downloaded to your device. You control where that exported file is stored and who can access it.

Data Deletion

You can delete individual briefs inside the extension. You can also remove all extension data by uninstalling Campaign Brief Studio from Chrome or clearing the extension's site data through Chrome settings.

Security

Because the extension stores data locally, access to your saved briefs depends on access to your Chrome profile and device. Use your operating system and Chrome profile security features to protect local data.

Changes

If this privacy policy changes, the updated policy will be included with the extension package and will show a new effective date.
